摘要: The correlation of proximate composition and fatty acid content the meat brackish-water kutum, Rutilus frisii kutum (Kamensky), warm-water silver carp, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix (Val.), cold-water rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum) were determined in relation to body weight. In protein increased (r = 0.574, P 0.032) with weight while moisture decreased -0.789, 0.000). trout contents lipid independent fish size (P > 0.05). n-3 polyunsaturated acids carp 0.592, 0.033), n-6 =-0.667, 0.013). results indicated important advantages nutritional quality different sizes human diet.
