摘要: The correlation of proximate composition and fatty acid content the meat brackish-water kutum, Rutilus frisii kutum (Kamensky), warm-water silver carp, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix (Val.), cold-water rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum) were determined in relation to body weight.
