摘要: Abstract Expression of α-amylase isozymes was studied in germinating intact rice seeds, embryonated and embryo-less (aleurones) half seeds with or without gibberellic acid treatment. Since most the available information on α-amylases obtained from scutellar tissues, this report focuses aleurone isozymes. Their isoelectrofocusing pattern immunoreactivity are essentially similar to those scutellum isoenzymes. Changes gene expression were at various levels including modification enzyme activity, time course changes isoenzyme patterns, immunochemical evaluation protein content for specific isoenzymes vitro translation mRNA. All these experiments lead same conclusion: that induced by exogenous a way as other cereals, although lower level. These observations complement previous reports made which indicated tissue insensitive acid.
