Étude de validation de l’échelle BDI/TDI dans la bronchopneumopathie chronique obstructive

摘要: Introduction L’echelle BDI/TDI (BDI : Baseline Dyspnea Index ; TDI : Transition Index) est un outil d’evaluation de la dyspnee. Objectifs Determiner, en France, les qualites metriques cette echelle. Methode Une cohorte multicentrique 103 patients suivis pour une BPCO peu severe a ete interrogee parallelement 2 reprises 6 mois d’intervalle par investigateur medical et paramedical. Resultats La concordance inter-juges etait bonne tous sous-scores l’echelle BDI, moins le score TDI. Le BDI correle l’ensemble des donnees spirometriques contrairement au TDI uniquement avec l’evolution du VEMS. Les deux scores etaient correles obtenus sur modifiee Medical Research Council, « St George Respiratory Questionnaire » ainsi qu’avec leur evolution. moyen proche 0 chez stables temoignait d’une reproductibilite l’echelle. capacite celle-ci reperer changement d’etat correcte comparaison l’evaluation globale medecin, celle patient. Conclusion BDI-TDI apparait comme instrument interessant mesure dyspnee presentant et, nettement, son evolution dans temps.
