摘要: Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis was used to analyze several aspects of the genetics Candida albicans. A restriction map genome strain 1006 prepared using eight-base-pair specific enzyme SfiI. The previously determined genetic superimposed on this physical map. Preparation a similar for white-opaque WO-1 demonstrated presence three reciprocal chromosomal translocations in organism. Mapping cloned genes extracellular aspartyl proteinase electrophoretic karyotype under different stringencies that there are at least four homologous both genes.
