摘要: Over the last few decades, European Union (EU) has made available a number of resources for promoting and supporting social innovation in field poverty exclusion (cf. Sabato et al. 2015). These include, most obviously, funding but also networking opportunities, cognitive resources, visibility reputational resources. This paper investigates a) how provided by have been used socially innovative initiatives implemented at local level, b) what their added value c) which difficulties actors encountered when accessing using these Our study is based on analysis sixteen five Member States (Austria, Belgium, Italy, Sweden UK) concerning three policy areas: Roma inclusion (notably, education-related initiatives), homelessness housing (Housing First), labour market activation.A conclusions can be drawn from our analysis.
