摘要: By influencing the number of RNA molecules repeatedly synthesized from same gene, control transcription reinitiation has potential to shape transcriptome. Transcription mechanisms have been mainly addressed in vitro, through approaches based on both crude and reconstituted systems. These studies support notion that its regulation rely dedicated networks molecular interactions within machineries. At time, comparison with vivo rates suggests additional mechanisms, factors conditions must exist nucleus, whose biochemical elucidation is a fascinating challenge for future vitro studies.
