摘要: Oligonucleotides containing CpG motifs (CpG ODN) are strong adjuvants for humoral and cellular immune responses in mice, innate defense-regulator peptides (IDRs) known to facilitate the uptake of antigens into antigen presenting cells (APCs), but data on synergistic effects IDRs piglets scarce. In this report, combination porcine-specific ODN HH2 (a kind IDR which was selected its better synergy with used as immunoadjuvant enhance newborn Pseudorabies attenuated virus (PRV) vaccine. The titers specific antibodies serum IgG1/IgG2 subtypes PRV vaccine, interferon-γ (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), IL-12 IL-4 were examined identify piglets. results showed that immunized intranasally (IN) subcutaneously (SC) vaccine CpG-HH2 complex both presented high PRV-specific IgG2 isotype, a Th1-dominated (IFN-γ IL-12) cytokine profiles, levels IgA saliva, broncheoalveolar lavage (BAL) intestinal washings. suggested that, augmented systemic (IgG serum) mucosal (IgA BAL washings) against antigen. stimulated T-helper type1 (Th1) (IgG2) Th2 (IgA) when delivered IN, IN route could induce stronger than SC route. All these indicate is potential effective adjuvant
