摘要: We have investigated the possibility of hot deformation and crystallographic alignment in initially random (unaligned) sintered magnets which contain less Nd‐rich phase are characterized by better‐defined grain boundaries than cast Pr‐Fe‐B‐Cu, but more larger grains rapidly quenched hot‐pressed Nd‐Fe‐B (General Motors MQ‐III). Nonaligned were found to deform at 1000 °C under compressive stresses between 11 170 MPa. It was that addition copper changed not only melting point also surface energy liquid its reaction with graphite. The crystal axis is mainly attributed solution reprecipitation small fragments produced anisotropic growth. A highly oriented structure obtained a sample composition Nd15Fe77B6.5Cu1.5, after 24 h stress 45
