The influence of the powder particle size on the anisotropic properties of NdFeB magnets produced by single-stage hot deformation

摘要: Abstract Anisotropic NdFeB magnets were prepared by single-stage hot deformation using rapidly quenched isotropic powder as raw material. The influence of the particle size material on magnetic properties anisotropic was studied. best hard achieved for range 45–100 μm. highest increase maximum energy product about 17% due to remanence 11% compared with unscreened powders. effects discussed basis workability and oxidation.
