摘要: Many children with auditory processing disorders have a high prevalence of otitis media, middle ear alterations greatly prevalent in palatine and lip clefts. AIM: to check the performance palate cleft alone (PC) tests. Prospective study. MATERIALS AND METHODS: twenty (7 11 years) CP were submitted sound location tests (SL), memory for verbal sounds (MSSV) non sequence (MSSNV), Revised fusion (AFT-R), Pediatric test speech intelligibility/synthetic sentences (PSI/SSI), alternate disyllables (SSW) digit dichotic (DD). The performances classified bad good. RESULTS: there was no statistically significant difference between genders ears. average values obtained 2.16, 2.42, 4.37, 60.50ms; 40.71 67.33%; 96.25 99.38%; 73.55 73.88% 58.38 65.47% respectively MSSNV, MSSV, LS, AFT-R, PSI/SSI ipsilateral (PSI/SSIMCI) contralateral (PSI/SSI/MCC) competitive message, DD SSW CONCLUSION: percentage showed worse results DD, PSI/SSIMCI best happened tests, non-verbal sequential PSI/SSIMCC
