摘要: Abstract This article summarizes available evidence on various management options for vestibular schwannoma as they relate to the decision-making strategies used in selection. After a brief consideration of individual options, literature directly comparing two or more is examined, noting level supporting their claims. A discussion developed guide decision making follows. The closes with summary evidence-based findings and suggestions further research. focus sporadic, unilateral schwannomas, because patients neurofibromatosis type 2 pose different problems best discussed separately.
