摘要: Colorectal cancer is still the third most common in world. Its carcinogenesis has been extensively studied at a molecular point of view, and recently entered era microRNAs, class small non-coding RNAs that post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression control various cellular mechanisms. Because they biological processes are implicated (as developmental transitions, organ morphology, apoptosis cell proliferation), microRNAs have linked to development, these molecules as new potential biomarkers better characterise tumour prognosis predict response different active chemotherapy. This review summarizes roles for colorectal diagnosis, drug-response prediction. Through literature there evidence some microRNA could be used cancer; however, discrepancies amongst studies. These differences partially due heterogeneity between series associated with stage, location, genetic background tumours technical issues. More progress needed before can clinical practice. Accumulation further data will allow determine relevant also understand their role carcinogenesis.
