摘要: Cognitive deficits, substance abuse, and mental illness are common among prisoners. Thus, for many prisoners, neuropsychological evaluations may be indicated to assess the degree of impairment how these impairments affect their behavior in prison environment. However, tests were not designed or normed on This article highlights unique ethical practical challenges providing services incarcerated individuals. Specifically, it discusses (a) limits confidentiality, (b) issues related informed consent, (c) conditions compromise validity testing, (d) impact third-party observation evaluation. Recommendations suggestions resolving some difficulties offered.
