摘要: The ac conductivity of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics associated with electrical charge carrier motion (ions or vacancies) was investigated as a function frequency at different temperatures. long range migration carriers within the ceramic is restricted by two kinds insulating barriers, namely, grain boundaries and domain boundaries. potential barriers these lead to anomalies in response three frequency-dependent contributions conductivity: diffusion carriers, localized grains, domains.
