Microstructures and dielectric properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics via combustion method

摘要: CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (CCTO) powder was synthesized by the combustion method. The effect of sintering temperature studied on dielectric properties prepared ceramic samples. They have constant ~31 000 and 80 000 for grain size 0.3 30–100  μ m. It is unusual CCTO with a 0.3  m to ~31 000. Their giant could be explained two-step internal-barrier-layer-capacitor model, associated boundaries domain boundaries. existence helped explain contradiction mechanisms between polycrystalline single-crystal CCTO.
