摘要: A sensitive and robust method was developed validated for the routine identification quantification of five quinolones in urine samples directly injected into a micellar liquid chromatographic system without any pre-treatment step. Since simultaneous elution compounds not resolved, two mobile phases have been proposed: (a) ciprofloxacin levofloxacin 0.15M sodium dodecyl sulphate, 12.5% propanol 0.5% triethylamine at pH 3.0 as phase detector excitation wavelength 285 nm emission 465 nm; (b) lomefloxacin, ofloxacin moxifloxacin 0.05 M 295 485 nm. Using these conditions, accordance with food drug analysis (FDA) guideline, limit 1 ng/mL, relative standard deviation accuracy inter-day assay were 1.0-8.4% 0.11-1.5%, respectively. Detection urinary excretion four followed up 12h after healthy volunteers had taken drug. No potential interference from metabolites observed. This procedure permits rapid reproducible measurement low levels small amount urine.
