摘要: Abstract The fluoroquinolones are synthetic antimicrobial agents widely used in human and veterinary medicine. aim of this work was to develop a method characterization determination three (norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin ofloxacin) urine by liquid chromatography (LC) coupled pneumatically assisted electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectrometry (MS). For purpose, the operational parameters interface were optimized order obtain best signal stability highest sensitivity fluoroquinolones. studied enrofloxacin, as internal standard, extracted from samples solid-phase extraction (SPE) previously established LC-UV successfully with MS system. spectra obtained provide adequate information for identification purposes. Quality determined satisfactory results obtained. Likewise, detection limit about 10 ng ml−1 employing selected-ion monitoring mode.
