HPLC determination of enoxacin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and ofloxacin with photoinduced fluorimetric (PIF) detection and multiemission scanning: application to urine and serum.

摘要: The fluorescence emission of the fluoroquinolones enoxacin (ENO), ciprofloxacin (CIPRO), norfloxacin (NOR) and ofloxacin (OFLO) notably increased by UV irradiation during few minutes, in ethanolic-water medium. An HPLC method has been developed, for determination these fluoroquinolones, based separation formed photoproducts. Optimization analytical wavelengths carried out fast multiemission scanning detection. highest sensitivity found when measuring at 407 490 nm, ENO OFLO, respectively, 444 nm both NOR CIPRO (exciting 277 nm). According to criterium Clayton, using 0.05 as false positive negative error assurance probabilities, detection limits 7.3, 6.0, 6.3 14.5 ng/mL, ENO, NOR, have found. Urine serum samples successfully analyzed, with recovery values ranging among 99-97% 98-103%, urine serum, respectively.
