摘要: Annexin-1 (ANX1) is an anti-inflammatory protein as well important modulator in inflammation. However, the precise action of ANX1 remains unclear. To elucidate protective effects on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced murine macrophage Raw 264.7 cells, we constructed a cell-permeable Tat-ANX1 protein. The transduced markedly inhibited expression cyclooxygenase-2, production prostaglandin E(2), and generation pro-inflammatory cytokines cells. Furthermore, caused significant reduction activation nuclear factor- kappa B (NF-kB) mitogen-activated kinase (MAPK). results indicate that inhibits inflammatory response enzymes by blocking NF-kB MAPK. Therefore, may be useful therapeutic agent against various diseases.
