摘要: Recent studies have demonstrated that antibodies from about half of patients with pemphigus foliaceus (PF) bind to a 160 kd polypeptide ("PF antigen") in sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) extracts normal human epidermis. Desmoglein (DG) I, glycoprotein enriched desmosomal cores, is approximately the same m.w. as PF antigen. To demonstrate autoantibodies DG we used monoclonal IgG antibody (MmDGI-1) was raised against bovine muzzle and specifically binds I. Double immunofluorescence labeling performed on section skin antibodies, detected by fluorescein-conjugated goat anti-human IgG, MmDGI-1, rhodamine-conjugated anti-mouse IgG. The pattern reactivity both identical.
