Metastasizing atrial myxoma.

摘要: Tumors that were identical in morphology to a previously excised atrial myxoma found the choroid plexus and scapula of 46-year-old woman 8 10.5 years, respectively, after cardiac surgery. Ultrastructurally scapular lesion resembled reported myxomas. This case demonstrates is true neoplasm capable metastatic spread despite its slow growth innocuous histologic appearance.
