摘要: The pretreatment of rice straw is often used to enhance the hydrolysis.1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([AMIM]Cl) a kind low viscous, nontoxic and recyclable ionic liquid. It was treat improve enzymatic hydrolysis in this study. The factors influencing were as follows: dosage [AMIM]Cl, crush mesh straw, temperature time. After with 3 % ( weight ratio liquid) [AMIM]Cl at 110 °C for 1 h, yield reducing sugar regenerated by 33 U/mL cellulase 53.3 %, which two times higher than that un-treated (23.7 %).More researches regarding biorefinery bacterial cellulose are being performed lab prospective results will be published near future.
