摘要: In this study, rice straw was pretreated by an ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate ((EMIM)(OAc)), prior to enzymatic hydrolysis and ethanol production. The pretreatment carried out at 120 °C for 5 h under atmospheric pressure. Afterward, saccharification conducted 45 72 using 20 FPU cellulase 30 IU β- glucosidase per gram of cellulose. Glucose yield significantly increased from 25.7% the untreated over 75% treated straw. Moreover, simultaneous fermentation improved 35.6% 79.7% SEM images showed more open accessible structure compared one which assisted penetration hydrolytic enzymes in fermentation. From FTIR analysis, it suggested that crystallinity reduction conversion cellulose I II are main changes as a result pretreatment.
