摘要: BACKGROUND AND METHODS: To assess the relation between seasonal variation and onset of initial chronic Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, 300 Danish patients with cystic fibrosis were investigated. A retrospective analysis based on case reports was performed to identify date year P infection from 1965 1990. RESULTS: Sixty six per cent contracted their colonisation 68% during winter months (October March). Despite major changes in treatment, including improved intensified antibiotic investigation period our centre, difference persisted. CONCLUSIONS: As respiratory virus infections have same distribution Denmark such may pave way for thus explain parallel occurrence this pathogen fibrosis.
