摘要: We theoretically study possible domain type collective structural changes with interlayer $\ensuremath{\sigma}$ bonds and periodic buckling patterns, induced by visible photon irradiation onto graphite. The adiabatic potential-energy surface relevant to the generation growth of this in multidimensional local distortion coordinates carbons is clarified means semiempirical Brenner theory. electronic states at various minima potential are also calculated, a good agreement observed scanning tunneling microscopy image. will show that first diaphite can be generated few photons, grow up become nanosized domains successive photoexcitations.
