摘要: Stereolithography is an additive technique that produces three-dimensional (3D) solid objects using a multi-layer procedure through the selective photo-initiated curing reaction of liquid photosensitive material. Stereolithographic processes have been widely employed in Tissue Engineering for fabrication temporary constructs, natural and synthetic polymers, polymer-ceramic composites. These allow complex structures with high accuracy precision at physiological temperatures, incorporating cells growth factors without significant damage or denaturation. Despite recent advances on development novel biomaterials biocompatible crosslinking agents, main limitation these techniques are lack number available photocrosslinkable materials, exhibiting appropriate biocompatibility biodegradability. This chapter gives overview current state-of-art materials stereolithographic to produce constructs tissue regeneration, outlining challenges future research.
