摘要: The success of Tissue Engineering (TE) strongly relies on the capability designing biomimetic scaffolds closely resembling host tissue environment. Due to functional multitude native tissues, considerations are complex and include chemical, morphological, mechanical biological factors their mutability with time. Nonetheless, trigger and/or assist “natural healing mechanism’’ human body it seems essential provide an appropriate biomechanical environment biomolecular signalling cells. Novel biomanufacturing processes increasingly being recognized as ideal techniques produce 3D biodegradable structures optimal pore size spatial distribution, providing adequate support for regeneration while shaping in-growing tissues. In this chapter, we discuss in detail most recent advances field biofabrication, updated overview materials employed production engineering constructs. Bioprinting or ‘’scaffold-less’’ strategies also presented work. They based precise deposition high-density spheroids cell aggregates advantageous alternatives current scaffold-based approach.
