摘要: The pivotal role of the phagocyte in host defense against invasive aspergillosis can be surmised from a wide variety observations. Occurrence this infection 40 245 patients with chronic granulomatous disease is strong indication that impaired oxidative killing Aspergillus by human phagocytes put these at increased risk (Cohen et al., 1981). Patients acute leukemia and prolonged granulocytopenia have also been shown to (Gerson 1984). In contrast, deficient humoral immunity are not known susceptibility or any other mycosis. acquired immune deficiency syndrome its attendant lymphocyte defects striking cryptococcosis mucosal candidiasis, but no noticeable propensity toward developing aspergillosis. None differences prevalence readily ascribed difference exposure Aspergillus. because fungus ubiquitous environment.
