摘要: This article presents a quantitative review of 93 studies examining relationships between team design features and performance. Aggregated measures individual ability disposition correlate positively with Team member heterogeneity performance near zero, but the effect varies somewhat by type team. Project management teams have slightly higher when they include more members. Team-level task meaningfulness exhibits modest inconsistent relationship Increased autonomy intrateam coordination correspond performance, depending on type.
