摘要: Unlike the acoustic neuroma that occupies internal meatus and extends into cerebellopontine angle, true intralabyrinthine is an extremely uncommon finding. The majority of published cases were found at autopsy or during destructive labyrinthectomy for uncontrollable Meniere's syndrome. To best our knowledge, we present smallest exclusively intrautricular has ever been diagnosed preoperatively. Detailed magnetic resonance imaging studies allowed detection this tumor, measuring only 3.5 mm in diameter. tumor was removed via atticomastoidectomy partial labyrinthectomy. diagnostic workup, radiographic characteristics, surgical treatment are discussed, together with a review literature.
