摘要: • A small intracochlear neurinoma was found in the temporal bone of a 54-year-old man who had no history hearing loss or dizziness. The tumor small, confined to scala tympani, and did not visibly alter tissues around it. derived from distal processes cochlear neuron. Intralabyrinthine tumors can cause auditory vestibular symptoms are difficult diagnose. ( Arch Otolaryngol 1981;107:377-381)
