摘要: The cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter (MLI) requires separate isolated dc sources to generate more than three voltage levels and higher output voltage. This paper proposes a newMLI topology that only one source is capable of generating seven with triple boosting gain. Three H-bridges are interconnected through two bidirectional blocking switches enable the integration switched-capacitors. Unlike existing two-stage structure switched-capacitor-based MLI, proposed MLI single-stage topology. It alleviates stress across such low not ensured on all switches. In addition, capacitors balancing achieved automatically during operation. operation analyzed followed by verification simulation experimental test power/voltage prototype.
