摘要: The workup of a pelvic mass should not be limited to intraperitoneally located organs. Pathologic conditions the abdominal wall, although rare, can mimic an intraabdominal process. One example such is spontaneous (atraumatic) appearance abscess in retrofascial-prevesical space Retzius.
