A strikingly high associated with positive blood cultures persistent fever within 48 hours (75% 71%, respectively). Computed tomography greatly enhanced diagnosis radiologic in selected cases appears be initial approach. simplified anatomic classification treatment plan proposed facilitate comparison between series.
