摘要: Particles in the distribution system play an important role perception? Not clear what is meant) of drinking water quality, particularly association with discolouration. In The Netherlands quality traditionally monitored by turbidity  measurements. However, turbidity hard to quantify as it a complex function particle suspension, dependent on many factors. this paper value on-line counting determining particulate volume load fed and developing discussed analysed. On-line counters have been used at several locations Dutch systems monitor quality. Furthermore, material transportation was characterised using pre-concentration methods allowing organic inorganic analysis material. By methods, possible identify different sources particles network. overall conclusion authors that counters, combination are very effective useful tools understanding processes systems.
