摘要: Scoring rules are a well-known class of positional voting systems where fixed scores assigned to the different ranks. Nevertheless, since winners may change according used, choice scoring vector is not obvious. For this reason several methods have been suggested so that each candidate be evaluated with most favorable for him/her. In paper we propose new model allows use and avoid some shortcomings other in literature. Moreover give closed expression score obtained by and, way, it possible rank candidates without solving proposed model.
