摘要: Abstract This paper aims to evaluate land consumption caused by materials flow in building life cycle for feasible conservation measures China. As distinct from the occupied buildings, extended was defined as lands consumed during raw material extraction and construction waste disposal. And corresponding statistical model, including two computing formulas single a method regional buildings designed. Using proportions of weights ratios between destroyed areas, consumptions at stage demolition per square meter floor area were calculated target parameters respectively three common structures: brick-concrete, frame steel structure. Based on structures, predicted time reconstruction, parameters, all Shenyang City 2014 2064 four situations compared. The results illustrate that accounts 1.78% whole city 29.18% land, could be reduced 80% improving quality longer serviceable adopting prefabricated greater recycling scrap materials. Material provides an dimension concepts consumption; model framework quantify relationships patterns consumption. Our approach permits more accurate prediction decision-making sustainable utilization.
