摘要: SummaryPulse radiolysis was used for the study of transients formed from lysozyme solutions. Reactions these with cysteine and oxygen were analysed kinetically. The rate constant reaction e−aq 5·2 × 1010 M−1 sec−1 OH 3·1 sec−1. For transient (λmax 400 mμ) oxygen, constants 4·1 106 3·38 108 respectively. corresponding figures 310 4·6 1·6 These data are correlated those obtained steady-state elucidate an aspect known radiobiological effect.
