摘要: Some inorganic radical-anions, which have very strong absorption spectra, some oxidative reaction specificity with amino acids. Combined pulse radiolysis and inactivation studies on the reactions of these radicals several enzymes lead to identification acid residues essential enzymic activity. Data are reviewed for enzymes, lysozyme, ribonuclease, trypsin, α-chymotrypsin, papain carboxypeptidase. The reducing radical, CO2−, is more selective than hydrated electron in its proteins. Results from electron-transfer other involving CO2− compared results lysozyme ribonuclease.
