ULCUS DUODENI MIT PENETRATION IN DIE LEBER : ENDOSKOPISCH-BIOPTISCHE DIAGNOSESTELLUNG

摘要: Die Penetration eines Ulcus duodeni in die Leber ist eine seltene Komplikation. Im allgemeinen wird Diagnose durch Operation oder Autopsie gestellt. Bei Durchsicht der Literatur fanden wir lediglich 13 Mitteilungen uber den Nachweis einer Ulkuspenetration Endoskopie und Biopsie. In allen Fallen lagen sehr grose Ulzera vor, oft mit tumorahnlich vorgewolbtem Ulkusgrund. Entscheidend fur war von Lebergewebe Biopsaten. Klinische, endoskopische histologische Befunde eigenen Falls werden mitgeteilt.
