摘要: Penetration of the wall stomach by a benign ulcer may result in free perforation into greater or lesser peritoneal cavities. A "confined perforation" occurs when penetrating is walled-off an adjacent structure organ. The commonest sites secondary involvement are pancreas, gastrohepatic omentum, liver, biliary tract, colon and mesocolon. spleen gastric relatively rare literature contains few reports this complication. We report three cases penetration ulcers. In one patient, splenic was predicted pre-operatively recognition tissue endoscopic biopsy material.
