摘要: Few cases of penetration a gastric ulcer into the spleen have been reported (Joffe & Antonioli, 1981; Stoica et al, 1973; Immelman, 1975). These arose from an in fundus or proximal part stomach. We report case where occurred near antrum. Penetration was so extensive that barium meal appearance space-occupying lesion without evidence (Fig. 1).
