摘要: Penetration of the spleen is a rare complication benign gastric ulcers, with fewer than 10 cases reported. The rareness most likely due to uncommon occurrence ulcers in areas stomach contiguous spleen, fundus, and proximal portion greater curvature. In none reported was preoperative diagnosis splenic penetration made on radiologic studies. We present case ulcer penetrating into which diagnosed preoperatively basis computed tomographic (CT) examination supplemented prone scanning.
