摘要: Our study aimed to examine the interplay between clinical and social predictors of future suicide attempt transition from suicidal ideation in depressive disorders. Sixty-six Malaysian inpatients with a disorder were assessed at index admission within 1 year for attempt, ideation, depression severity, life event changes, treatment history relevant socio-demographic factors. One-fifth ideators transitioned attempt. All attempters (12/66) had prior 83% The highest risk transitioning was 5 months post-discharge. Single predictor models showed that previous psychiatric hospitalization severity shared transition. Substance use disorders (especially alcohol) predicted approached significance process.
