摘要: We report a new technique for operative fixation of posterior wall acetabular fractures that require cortical substitution. This uses cervical vertebrae plates are H-shaped as an alternative to the combination standard locking or nonlocking pelvic reconstruction and substitution plates, ie, spring plates. believe this provides more robust structural support with plate acting substitute in comminuted fracture patterns. Compared almost twice wide. Additionally, configuration allows screws per unit length compared potentially providing points fixation. Finally, cost comparison two shows be less expensive than Our series 23 consecutive patients outcomes similar published literature initial results show no early hardware failure.
