摘要: This paper presents an essentially non-oscillatory point-value (ENOPV) scheme based ECG compression. ENOPV is a combination of multiresolution (analysis) and interpolation (synthesis). Advantage using that it avoids the discontinuities therefore large numbers coefficient do not appear at edges. It also provides better compression capabilities. The results are presented in tabular graphical form for different signals varying characteristics. Results compared with reported literature. has been observed there significant increase ratio (CR) given quality. For example, percentage root mean square difference (PRD) 2.65, CR case 28.22, which higher than 10.84, best result.
