摘要: In this paper we are to find the optimum multiwavelet for compression of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals. At present, it is not well known which best choice ECG. work, examine different multiwavelets on 24 sets ECG data with entirely characteristics, selected from MITBIH database. For assessing functionality in compressing signals, addition factors such as Compression Ratio (CR), Percent Root Difference (PRD), Distortion (D), Mean Square Error (RMSE) literature, also employed Cross Correlation (CC) criterion studying morphological relations between reconstructed and original signal Signal reconstruction Noise (SNR). The simulation results show that cardbal2 by means identity (Id) prefiltering method be effective transformation. Keywords—ECG compression, Multiwavelet, Prefiltering.
