摘要: Orbital hydatid disease is rare, even in endemic areas. We present a case of disseminated involving the orbit, spleen, lung and liver lady aged 35 years. Based on typical clinical presentation, presence eosinophilia, positive indirect haemagglutination test for similar disseminated, anechoic cystic masses liver, lung, spleen orbit imaging studies, diagnosis cyst was seriously considered before surgery. Aspiration cyst, followed by cryo-extraction wall through transconjunctival route safely performed. Histopathological examination confirmed diagnosis. In conclusion, multisystemic involvement orbital has never been reported before. The surgical technique adopted this safe effective.
