摘要: The DNA-protein cross-links (DPC) in mouse thymocytes and spleen lymphocytes, the number of abnormal sperm heads (ASH) micronuclei (MN) normochromatic erythrocytes (NCE) peripheral blood were studied mice exposed to long-term low-intensity gamma radiation (0.072 cGy/days) and/or cadmium with drinking water (0.01 mg Cd2+/l) for 20, 40 80 days. dependence DPC level on total dose (exposure time) is nonlinear. maximal cells lymphoid organs upon exposure or was recorded 40-th day, under combined 20-th day experiment. causes an increase ASH frequency. frequencies MN NCE reciprocal translocations spermatocytes not found.
