摘要: Molecular and cytogenetic parameters were estimated in male CBA/lac mice exposed to chronic low dose-rate γ-radiation (62 cGy/year) for 40, 80, 120, 210, 365 days. After 40 days of exposure (6.7 cGy), spleen lymphocyte susceptibility hydrogen peroxide was shown increase. However, beginning from the day 120 treatment (20.4 opposite effect observed. An increase number DNA–protein crosslinks recorded lymphocytes only on experiment. The DNA breaks increased significantly experiment, as by DNA-comet method. On 210 irradiation, frequency abnormal sperm heads increased. normochromatic micronucleated erythrocytes peripheral blood remained unchanged.
